Order Lead TimesWe can usually turn round orders in 2-3 working days; however for orders over 500 it may need a little longer. We would recommend you placing your order as soon as possible, we can always amend the final quantities or delivery date if needed. Where possible we always try to accommodate shorter lead times, please get in touch.

Topper DesignOur toppers are 5cm in diameter and need to be a .jpg or .png file. Get in touch if you need a hand with designing or formatting your image. You can use as many images as you wish split between your order.

QuantitiesOur minimum order is 12, and we can make hundreds and thousands of chocolate gifts if you need (or would like!)

PackagingOur chocolate products come in a heat sealed cellophane bag to keep them sale and to make it easy for you to display and distribute

ChocolateWe use the finest Belgian chocolate. Logos and branding prints better on white or a pale colour; however if you would prefer a different chocolate or colour, just get in touch.

Your personalised biscuits are carefully packaged and shipped via overnight courier to ensure they arrive fresh, perfect and ready to enjoy. With a natural shelf life of 4+ weeks, you can order ahead of time without worrying about freshness.

We deliver anywhere in the UK, making branded biscuits a simple and delicious option for remote teams, nationwide events, or multi-location gifting.

Please note that all our products are baked fresh onsite in our kitchen, which handles ingredients used to make all our products. While we do have processes in place to minimize the risk of cross-contamination, we have a small kitchen and do not have segregated production lines, so cross-contamination of ingredients is possible.

Our kitchen handles all the main allergens of dairy, nuts, peanuts, gluten
(wheat), sesame, sulphites, and soya.

If you have a serious allergy to any of these allergens or one which could cause you to have a major allergic reaction, sadly the only way for you to be 100% safe is not to consume any of our products.
