+ How Do I order?
The
quickest way to place an order is online. Just pick the product and quantity
you would like, upload your graphic or logo, select your required delivery date
and we will do the rest.
If you have
any questions you can get in touch and we will do our best to help.
If you are looking for a larger order or anything that isn’t shown on our website, please fill in our contact form or give us a call.
You can order online from our e-shop or by email, phone or messenger.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email and a dispatch email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our kitchen.
+ Who bakes the orders?
We bake and decorate all of our products at our bakery in Devon and ship to clients and customers all around the UK, both to single or multiple locations.
We do not use industrial baking processes or machines (other than our mixers and ovens), so you are sure of a home baked taste decorated with care and our
perfectionism.

+ How are your products packaged?
We have
worked hard to design packaging to ensure your products get to you in the
perfect condition that they leave our kitchen.
All orders
are sent using our trusted couriers to ensure they are safe during the delivery
process.
+ Shipping & Returns
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
Delivery Time
Delivery time varies depending on your location. You can track your order online through our Couriers website.
Delivery Delays and issues
We always try our best to help with any delivery issues and these are rare. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for delays to parcels once they have left our bakery, but please make us aware of any issues as soon as possible so we can get in touch with the delivery Company.
Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, please contact us if you have any concerns about your order.

We can
offer bespoke options such personalised and branded packaging, coloured
buttercream and special delivery requirements.

We can print your
logo or graphics in edible ink on icing sheets and toppers
Packaging
There are many
options for personalised packaging, from card bands to branded stickers and
printed boxes. Drop us a message to
enquire. (minimum order quantities apply
to these items)
We can also
supply individual cupcake gift boxes and pods and additional branded gifts to
add to the package – we can help you with ideas, get in touch and we
will help you to find the perfect gifts.
+ What should I consider when choosing an image?
Remember the shape of the topper, you may need more background. Keep text large enough that it's visible. The round cupcake toppers are 5cm in diameter.
+ How do I upload my image or logo?
You have the option to upload your image(s) when ordering online, alternatively you can email them to us at hello@pinkaubergine.co.uk - if you have already ordered online make sure you give us the order number.
+ Do you offer photo cupcakes / logo cupcakes?
Yes!
We can print any logo, image, photo or message onto a cupcake or biscuit topper. All you need to do is send your image file to us and we'll do the rest.
+ What format should my image be in?
Ideally a .jpg or .png file - if you have another format, let us know and we will help you to convert it.
Other FAQ's
+ How long do the bakes last?
All our bakes are cooked to order, so are as fresh as possible.
Our cupcakes stay fresh for a minimum of 5 days (it’s usually much longer).
Shortbread Biscuits are all individually packaged and last 3+ weeks.
All our other bakes last a minimum of 5 days.
All our bakes are best kept at room temperature, please do not refrigerate as this can affect the texture.
+ Allergens & Dietary Restrictions
We offer gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan bakes.
Disclaimer:
Please note that all our products are baked fresh onsite in our kitchen, which handles ingredients used to make all our products. While we do have processes in place to minimize the risk of cross-contamination, we have a small kitchen and do not have segregated production lines, so cross-contamination of ingredients is possible.
Our kitchen handles all the main allergens of dairy, nuts, peanuts, gluten
(wheat), sesame, sulphites, and soya.
If you have a serious allergy to any of these allergens or one which could cause you to have a major allergic reaction, sadly the only way for you to be 100% safe is not to consume any of our products.
