Delivery & Refunds

Delivery Areas

We offer delivery throughout the UK, including Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands, using an overnight courier service. Delivery options are selected at checkout, allowing you to choose the most suitable service for your order or recipient.  Ensure you add an email address and mobile number so we can keep you updated with the journey.

Dispatch & Delivery Days

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, for delivery Tuesday to Saturday.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver on Sundays, Bank Holidays, or the day following a Bank Holiday.

We always recommend scheduling delivery one or two days before your event where possible. All of our bakes have a minimum shelf life of one week, so they will arrive just as delicious as intended.

Courier Service

We use a next-day courier service for all shipped orders. Delivery times are typically between 9am–5pm, though timings cannot be guaranteed and may be earlier or later.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with tracking details, so you can follow its journey. Please ensure you provide a valid email address and contact telephone number at checkout to assist the courier if needed.

While courier timescales are a guide and not guaranteed, we will always do our best to support you should any delivery issues arise. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays that are outside of our control.

If a courier is unable to deliver, they may leave the parcel with a neighbour, in a safe place, or arrange for collection from a local depot or re-delivery on the next working day.

Remote & Special Delivery Areas

Delivery is available to the following areas, though surcharges may apply and delivery may take an additional working day:

  • Channel Islands

  • Northern Ireland

  • Scottish Highlands & Islands

  • Isle of Man

  • Isle of Scilly

  • Certain remote UK postcodes

If you are unsure whether your address is classed as remote, please get in touch before ordering and we’ll be happy to advise.

Bespoke Cupcakes, Celebration & Corporate Orders

If you are a corporate customer looking to send cakes to multiple addresses, or require a larger volume order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Event Set-Up

We are also happy to discuss delivery, set-up of cakes, cupcake stands and displays for events. Please contact us to talk through your requirements and availability.

Packaging & Condition on Arrival

All cakes and bakes leave us in perfect condition, carefully packaged in specially designed packaging to keep them safe during transit.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please:

  • Take clear photographs of the damage, including packaging.

  • Contact us within 12 hours of delivery

This allows us to investigate with the courier and discuss whether a refund or replacement is appropriate.

Refunds & Cancellations

Should you place an order and later wish to cancel it, as long as baking has not begun or handmade decorations made, we will be happy to offer you a full refund, or a credit for a future order.
