Order Lead TimesWe can usually turn round orders in 2-3 working days; however for orders over 500 it may need a little longer.  We would recommend you placing your order as soon as possible, we can always amend the final quantities or delivery date if needed. Where possible we always try to accommodate shorter lead times, please get in touch.
ImagesToppers are 5cm in diameter and need to be a .jpg or .png file.  Get in touch if you need a hand with designing or formatting your image.  You can use as many images as you wish split between your order.
QuantitiesOur minimum order is 12 biscuits, and we can bake hundreds and thousands if you need (or would like!)
PackagingOur biscuits are available in either a heat sealed cellophane bag (they last longer in these) or a paper bag which is unsealed.  All have an allergen list.

Please note that all our products are baked fresh onsite in our kitchen, which handles ingredients used to make all our products. While we do have processes in place to minimize the risk of cross-contamination, we have a small kitchen and do not have segregated production lines, so cross-contamination of ingredients is possible. 

​Our kitchen handles all the main allergens of dairy, nuts, peanuts, gluten
(wheat), sesame, sulphites, and soya.

If you have a serious allergy to any of these allergens or one which could cause you to have a major allergic reaction, sadly the only way for you to be 100% safe is not to consume any of our products.
