• Where do you deliver to?

We are based in High Peak, Derbyshire and offer free delivery within 10 miles of SK23. Please contact us to arrange deliveries further afield. 
Our Cupcakes by Post are sent throughout the UK by a specially arranged courier.

  • Can I order from outside the UK?

Absolutely, we have many customers around the globe!

  • How soon can you deliver?

As every order is freshly baked and decorations are handmade, a minimum of 48 hours is required; however for a last minute order, please contact us for availability, we will  always try to help you if we can!

  • How soon should I order?

Our order book does get filled up, we hate to turn orders down so please enquire as soon as you can.

  • Do you offer gluten free or vegan cupcakes?

Unfortunately we don’t offer gluten free and vegan cupcakes at present; we are still working on a fantastic recipe!

  • How long will the cupcakes stay fresh?

Our cupcakes are all freshly baked, and will remain fresh for up to 5 days (or more!) We would recommend eating them as soon as they arrive however!
They should be kept at room temperature, out of direct heat. There is no need to refrigerate.

  • Do your cupcakes contain nuts or allergens?

We do not use nuts in our vanilla or chocolate cupcakes; however some of our other flavours may contain them. Please contact us for specific ingredients as recipes do sometime change.
All cupcakes are sent with clear ingredients listed with allergens highlighted.

  • Do you deliver on Sundays or on Bank Holidays?

Unfortunately not, simply because our Courier doesn’t offer this. It is something we are continuing to look into.

  • Is my delivery date and time guaranteed?

Whilst we will always dispatch according to your requested delivery date, there are occasions that your delivery may be subject to delays which are beyond our control due to the Courier or other circumstances.

  • Can I cancel or amend my order?

Of course! Please get in touch as soon as possible and we will assist you with this.
We are unable to cancel an order within 24 hours of dispatch, or may have to make a charge for any prior work that has been completed, such as hand making toppers.
